Tiffany brings nearly a decade of experience in public and government relations consulting with an emphasis on federal appropriations and public health policy. Prior to joining the Federal Group, she worked her way through the ranks at Cavarocchi Ruscio Dennis Associates, LLC supporting professional societies, universities, coalitions, research centers, and patient advocacy organizations in their strategic planning and implementation of advocacy activities.
In that role, Tiffany also served as the Director of the NDD United campaign, an alliance of thousands of national, state, and local organizations leading the efforts to protect the federal budget for nondefense programs and Deputy Director of the Coalition for Health Funding. She has served as an author and editor of several reports detailing the impacts of federal budget cuts on individuals and communities across the country and led efforts to promote their findings on Capitol Hill, in the media, and to the broader public.
In her efforts to support organizations’ advocacy efforts, Tiffany has planned hundreds of events on Capitol Hill including organizational fly-ins, briefings, receptions, rallies, and special events. She also has supported the development and governance of several coalitions, contributed to their fundraising efforts, and led their strategic communications and strategic planning efforts.
Tiffany earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and her Bachelor of the Arts at Rutgers University.
